DATA DELETION REQUEST

How to submit a request

You can request deletion of your data by emailing info@agendly.ai with the subject “Data deletion request – Meta”.

To help us identify the correct account, include:

• your first and last name;
• the email address used for your Agendly account;
• your company or organization name, if applicable;
• the connected Meta account or Facebook Page name, if the request concerns the Meta integration.

Do not send passwords, access tokens, authentication codes, or identity documents unless we subsequently request them through an appropriate channel.

What happens after your request

Agendly may ask for the minimum information needed to verify your identity and prevent unauthorized deletion. Once verified, we will delete or anonymize the requested data and notify you using the email address from which you contacted us.

If the request concerns Meta, we will revoke the integration's access, delete stored access tokens, and disable links to Facebook Pages and Lead Ads forms associated with the account.

Some information may be retained where required by law or strictly necessary for tax, accounting, security, or legal-claims purposes. If this applies, we will explain which information is affected and why.

Immediately disconnecting Meta

If you can access your Agendly account, you can immediately stop future access to Meta data by opening Integrations and connectors → Connectors → Meta Lead Ads → Disconnect. Disconnecting revokes Meta permissions and disables linked forms. To also request deletion of data already stored, send the email described above.

Data processed for an Agendly customer

If your data was collected by a business or professional using Agendly, that party will normally be the Data Controller. You can contact them directly to exercise your rights. Agendly will assist the customer in handling the request according to their instructions and applicable law.
