Scope

This Cookie Policy describes the use of cookies and other tracking tools relating to Agendly’s website and, where accessible via browser, any web pages of the related platform. This policy applies exclusively to processing carried out through the user’s device while browsing the Website. Processing relating to call content, appointments, delivery of the SaaS platform, and Agendly’s other privacy processing activities is governed by the Privacy Notice.

What cookies and other tracking tools are

Cookies are text strings that websites visited by the user, or third parties, store on the user’s device and then retransmit during subsequent visits. For the purposes of this policy, references to cookies also include, where used, similar or equivalent tools such as pixels, unique identifiers, local processing tools, browser or device read/write technologies, and other tracking tools subject to the same legal framework.

Categories of tools used

Agendly uses technical cookies and may use, only in the cases and under the conditions described below, analytics cookies and other non-technical tracking tools. Technical cookies are necessary for the operation of the Website, security, session management, storage of privacy preferences, and provision of functionalities requested by the user.

Analytics cookies are not automatically treated as technical cookies. They may be treated as technical only where they are used for aggregated statistical purposes and, if provided by third parties, are configured to significantly reduce their identifying power, without combining them with other data or transmitting them to further third parties, except where permitted for sites or domains attributable to the same controller or group. Where these conditions are not met, analytics tools are treated as optional tools and activated only with prior consent.

Any profiling, marketing, or other non-technical tracking tools are used only with the user’s prior consent. By default, upon first access to the Website, no cookie or tracking tool other than technical ones is installed or activated.

Consent management

Upon first access to the Website, a banner is displayed allowing the user to view a short notice, access the extended notice and the Cookie Preference Center, and, if desired, give consent to the use of optional cookies and other tracking tools. If the user closes the banner using the relevant command, the default settings remain in force and do not allow the use of non-technical tools. Simply scrolling the page does not constitute consent.

Where third-party tools are present, Agendly makes available, directly in the Preference Center or through dedicated links, up-to-date links to the relevant notices and, where applicable, to the mechanisms for collecting or managing consent offered by those providers.

Legal basis

User consent is not required for technical cookies and any analytics tools properly treated as technical, without prejudice to the obligation to provide information. For profiling cookies, marketing cookies, and other non-technical tracking tools, the legal basis is the user’s consent. Agendly does not rely on legitimate interest to justify the installation or activation of non-technical tracking tools on the user’s device.
